Delete your account

1. In cran, tap the account button at the top right of any tab to open the Account screen.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your photos and every record of your account are deleted from our server immediately. See the Privacy Policy for details.

• Deleting the app alone doesn’t delete your account.
• Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription (see below), and doesn’t remove your journal on your phone or your Apple Health data.

Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and managed in your iPhone’s settings:

1. Open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
2. Tap cran, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
